    I water sanded a Lacquer finish, wiped it off with a dry rag. I spayed it again with lacquer and the finish dried gray, and it seems to be under the finish. what can I do?

    if plastic: grinding-degreasing-primer on plastic, the first layer, the second ink (main) color-grinding to give effect to the fray antiquity
    if wood: grinding – wood stain – thin grinding – “close” finishing coating (varnish, oil, wax)
